Hayden Ray Herrington

Hayden Ray Herrington was born November 23, 2020, to the great joy of his loving parents, Heath and Julie Herrington. A “Ray” of sunshine was what he certainly was to all who spent time with him, evidenced in his dependably wide grins, calm demeanor, liquid gold laugh, the look of delight when his parents entered the room, and in his joy of reading books. Although much of his life was spent in the midst of a pandemic, he was gifted days full of time uninterrupted by the demands of regular rigor and was richly enjoyed and loved beyond measure. Hayden loved going to the park or taking walks with his parents; and expressed delight over the beeps of a facetime call with his grandparents or cousins. Hayden spent the evening of May 18 ^th in the arms of his mother who gently laid him down in his bed, before waking up in the arms of Jesus. We are grateful that all his days were filled with love and joy, never experiencing pain or sadness. Even as they lament, his family and friends look forward in confidence to the day when they are promised to be in his presence again.

Hayden is survived by his parents Heath Thomas and Juliana Marie (Vorce) Herrington, Grandparents Bill and Regina Vorce and John and Angela Herrington and a loving family of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at Watermark Community Church Chapel, 7540 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75251. Hayden will be laid to rest at a private interment service for family only.
