It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved daughter, Alexis Cole, on January 21, 2024. Born in Dallas, Texas, on December 11, 1995, Alexis graced our lives with her presence from the very beginning.
From her earliest years, Alexis exhibited a remarkable resilience, a zest for life, and an adventurous spirit that endeared her to all who knew her. She possessed a genuine and profound love for her family and friends, cherishing her furry companions as well. Alexis harbored a boundless desire to explore new horizons, always yearning to discover new cities, states, and continents. Her heart found solace by the ocean, and California was her dream home.
Alexis was not only deeply loved by her family but also a cherished friend to everyone. Her outgoing personality, quick wit, and audacious spirit left an indelible mark on those fortunate enough to cross her path. Her gift was bringing out the best in people, effortlessly connecting with everyone she encountered and consistently imparting a profound sense of significance, as if their lives and stories were treasures of immeasurable worth. She embraced her hardships with grace, transforming them into shining silver linings that only made her stronger with every hurdle she overcame.
Above all, Alexis will be forever remembered for her infectious smile, her kind heart, and her warm and welcoming personality. Her friends often described her as a true “kind soul.” She embodied intelligence, charm, and thoughtfulness – a beautiful light of grace and kindness.
Alexis’s time with us was tragically brief, leaving a void that can never be filled. Her absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She is survived by her grieving parents, Elle and Brian Cole, her brother Jacob, as well as her uncles, aunts and numerous cousins.
