Thomas Zimmerman

Thomas Glenn Zimmerman, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to many, passed away on February 24, 2024 in Dallas, Texas. He was born on August 29,1957 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas to loving parents Herbert Glenn Zimmerman and Dorothy Ann Caswell Zimmerman, who instilled in him the values of hard work and compassion.

Tom graduated from Baylor University in Waco, Texas with a degree in Real Estate Management and was a loyal member of the Phi Delta Epsilon Fraternity. As a dedicated real estate broker, he excelled at his profession with integrity and passion. Beyond his professional success, he was an avid golfer, frequent traveler and sports enthusiast.

Tom will be remembered for his fantastic sense of humor, his strong faith in Christ and his love of family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Thank you to the staff of the New Horizons Residence for enhancing his quality of life in his final months.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church, 8011 Douglas Avenue at Colgate, Dallas, Texas 75225. If so inclined, the family has requested that donations be made in Tom's name to AFTD:
