Tawanna Lagail Evans

Tawanna Evans was born on August 6, 1973 to Arree Evans-Ruffin and Timothy Clark in Chicago, Illinois. She attended and graduated from Foreman High School in Chicago in 1991.

She moved to Texas in 2015 with her children. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother. Tawanna loved to be in the presence of her family. She was always there and didn’t care to stand out as her joy came from being amongst her family as a whole. Tawanna was a great sister and terrific daughter.

Tawanna leaves to Cherish her memory: loving mother Arree, and loving father Timothy, her three amazing children Riana, Tiana, and Lashanna, her beautiful grandchildren Lay’la and Tavius, her doting siblings Sherronda , Natasha, Regina, Latanya, Derrick, and Rayshaun , two in-laws, Ronnie and Rayana, four sister friends Shanna, Tanisha, Cassandra, Ellen, and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, friends, and colleagues.

There will be a Visitation from 11:00am - Noon on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at Allen Family Funeral Options.

A Graveside service and burial will follow at Fitzhugh Cemetery, 2450 Country Club Lucas, Texas 75002.
