Sara Hogan Narinesingh

Sara Hogan Narinesingh, 45, of Plano, passed away on March 31, 2026, after a difficult battle with cancer.

Sara was born April 24, 1980, to parents Tom and Caron Hogan. She carried on the legacy of her family’s business started by her father Tom. She loved making connections with her customers from all over the DFW metroplex. She also loved shopping, rescuing stray animals, taking care of her dog Louis who was her second son, and spending time with her loved ones.

Her kind and caring soul always left a strong impression on the people she met. Sara earned the nickname “counselor” because she provided sound advice to those in need even if they didn’t think they needed to hear it. Sara’s laugh was infectious and was loud enough that it could be heard from another room. She was a dependable human being. Sara was always there for those in need. You could count on her to help you with whatever you needed. She will be greatly missed by her loved ones, friends and customers.

She is survived by her husband Ravi Narinesingh; her son Caleb Hogan; mother Caron Hogan; sister Laura Hogan; and her lifelong best friend Crissy Lacy. Sara was a successful business owner of Hogan Nursery for 14 years.

There will be a memorial service to celebrate Sara’s life at 3:00 p.m., Monday, April 20, 2026, at Allen Family Funeral Options.
