Sandy Kassab

Sandra Raye Moore Kassab was born November 30, 1958 in Crystal City, Texas to parents John, Sr. and Charlsie (English) Moore.

Sandy married her husband, Henry, on November 26, 1988. Despite struggling to remember their actual anniversary date, she and Henry shared 33 wonderful years of marriage, raising their daughters in Columbus, Ohio.

In 2017 Sandy and Henry earned new titles as “Gigi and Pops” to their grandchildren and returned to Sandy’s native Texas, spending the last several years surrounded by family.

Sandy was a proud Band and Cheer mom and cherished memories of watching her girls and all of the friends she made along the way. In her free time, you could always find Sandy watching the Food Network or reality competition shows, eating BBQ lays potato chips and enjoying a Dr Pepper. She loved Bon Jovi and her favorite song was “Top of the World” by the Carpenters.

Sandy was a long time employee of Chase Bank and loved the time she spent with her team.

Sandy was beloved by all that knew her and never met a stranger - not even in the grocery checkout line. Her positive and giving spirit will be deeply missed but carried by her legacy.

She is survived by her loving husband Henry Kassab; daughters Lee Ann Kassab and Sara King and her husband Justin; grandchildren Noah, Emma and Henry King; grand-doggers Bruce and Dorothy; parents John and Charlsie Moore, Sr.; siblings Angie Hales and her husband Casey, Jack Moore and his wife Ann, Jeff Moore and his wife Tara; mother in law Mona Jean Kassab; brothers and sisters in law Kathy Kassab-Abler and her husband Dave, Scott Kassab and his wife Leanne and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

There will be a funeral service to celebrate Sandy’s life on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at Allen Family Funeral Options, Plano, Texas, officiated by Fr. Tuan Le officiating.
