Perry Christopher Williams was born August 18, 1978, in Jackson, Mississippi to parents Perry and Barbara Williams.
He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and accomplished professional, who passed away on September 16, 2025, at the age of 47. Perry lived a life defined by dedication—to his family, his career, and his community.
Perry married the love of his life, Yolanda Porsha Williams, on May 16, 2003. Together they built a strong and loving family. He was the proud father of De’Jour Rholondo Ford and Di’Mornee Paryon Ford, and the cherished grandfather of Kaiden, Wynden, Carter, and Alaya Ford. He also shared a close bond with his siblings, Ronnie Jones, Tameka Williams, and Arlinda Thomas and a beloved uncle to Keyaira Johnson, Kentrell Moore, Terrell Moore, Bella Moore, Tivona Thomas, Tahlia Thomas, Bryceton Thomas.
Professionally, Perry was a respected leader who served as a Regional Director for Amazon for over a decade, where he was admired for his vision, integrity, and commitment to excellence. His educational journey included a B.S. in Industrial Technology and Geographical Information Systems from Alcorn State University (1996–2001), followed by a master’s in business administration with a focus in Finance and Project Management in 2014. He further distinguished himself with credentials from the Project Management Institute (2017) and Lean Six Sigma Foundations, as well as certification as an Emergency Care Attendant through the Texas Department of State Health Services.
In recognition of his professional and personal accomplishments, Perry was honored as a Marquis Who’s Who 2024 Listee.
Outside of work, Perry embraced life fully. He enjoyed hiking, biking, golf, and was an active participant in social running organizations. His energy, warmth, and drive for excellence inspired all who knew him, and his presence brought joy and laughter to countless gatherings.
Perry’s memory will live on through his wife Yolanda, his children and grandchildren, his parents, siblings, nieces, nephews, and the many friends and colleagues whose lives he touched. His legacy is one of love, perseverance, and service.
There will be a celebration of Perry’s life from 6:00-9:00 p.m., Friday, September 26, 2025, at Allen Family Funeral Options, Plano, Texas.
Though his passing leaves a deep void, his impact endures—in his family, his community, and in the many lives he influenced with his kindness, leadership, and unwavering devotion.
