Mildred Daniels

Miss Mildred Daniels gained her wings on August 31, 2020 to enter the gates of heaven at the amazing age of 90.  She was born on November 12, 1929 to the late Alex and Alice Oden in Goodwater, Alabama.

She relocated to New Orleans in 1961 where she remained until 2005.  She was blessed with five children.

Mildred was a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt.  She was loved by her family.  She was an extremely outgoing individual with a heart of gold.  And, she always put the interests of her family first.

She is preceded in death by three of her children, Clark Jones, Jr., Joseph Daniels and Robert Daniels.

To cherish her memories, she left behind her two sons, Lloyd Oden, Sr. and Charlie Daniels; grandchildren, Sade West, Lloyd Oden, Jr., Christopher Smith, Ladell Shaw, LaTisha Oden-Rousel and Teail Regis, along with a host of great grandchildren and her Prestonwood Baptist Church family.

There will be a Visitation from 5:00 - 7:00 pm on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at Allen Family Funeral Options.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, September 11, 2020, at Prestonwood Baptist Church, 6801 W. Park Boulevard, Plano, Texas.
