Judy Ann Betts was born on March 3, 1957 in Ft. Knox, Kentucky to parents Ellis Grace and Rolande Charet Grace. She passed from this life on June 23, 2019 at her home in Plano, Texas. She is survived by one son, Kelley Theisen.
