Joetta Mckeefer

Joetta Carolyn McKeefer was born March 26, 1936 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to parents Gerald Dean and Virginia Lois (Budlong) Northcutt.  She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, cousin, grandmother, dog lover and friend.

Joetta was fondly referred to as JoJo by her loving husband Jon of 25 years and they were residents of Allen, Texas.

She is survived by her husband Jon, sons Jerry Miller (Kristine) of California, Jeff Miller of Utah, five McKeefer stepsons and their wives, 15 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren,  1 great grandson on the way, cousin Lori Buckner and her family of New Mexico and we can’t forget to mention her precious dog, “Precious”.  Joetta was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Mitch Miller, 1 great grandson and many other extended family members.

Our family wants to thank the many neighbors, friends and staff at Vitality Assisted Living and Silverado Hospice for all that has been done for her and all of us during this difficult time.

An afternoon of remembrance to celebrate Joetta’s life will be held Sunday, November 12, 2017 from 2-4:00 P.M. at Allen Family Funeral Options with Deacon Vince Vaillancourt sharing prayers and remembrances.
