Jochen Karl Zugermayr

Jochen Karl Zugermayr was born on November 19, 1971, in Watertown, New York.  He passed away unexpectedly on March 31, 2024, at his home in Frisco, Texas.

Jochen graduated from Madrid Waddington High School, Madrid, New York, attended Buffalo State University and started his career with Kinko’s in Syracuse, New York.  He then moved to Texas with FedEx and a year later went to work at Toyota Corporation.

He was an avid reader and particularly enjoyed science fiction.

Jochen is survived by his daughter Kayla; mother and stepfather Marie LaLone and Tom Lee; sister Tina Flanagan and her husband Tod; stepsisters Jennifer Cash, Amanda Ferrarro; stepbrother Darren Lee and nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by the love of his life, Sabrina Zugermayr and his father Jochen Zugermayr.

The family will have a private service and he will be laid to rest in New York.
