Jo Linda Hall Voyles

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jo Linda Hall Voyles who left to be with our Lord Tuesday, December 10th, 2024, at the age of 88.  Linda was born the sixth child of seven to Henry Clay Hall and Lenner Johnson Hall October 31, 1936. She grew up in Stamford, Texas.

Linda graduated from Bangs High School in 1954 and married Johnny Pierce June 26,1954 in Brownwood, Texas.  After the birth of her three children, Linda and family moved to San Angelo for many years and then moved to Austin, Texas and worked in the mortgage and construction industry. In1992, she followed her children to Plano, Texas where she worked at DSC Communications until retirement. Since retirement she has enjoyed spending time with her 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Linda is survived by her three children: daughter Lisa Mason and her husband Jeff, son Craig and son Brian with his wife Shirley. Grandkids Kendra Priest, Clay Priest, DeLayne Priest, Justin Pierce, Jessica Hall, Jenna Callier, Aaron Pierce, Chad Pierce, Chase Pierce and Cody Pierce, and 13 great-grandchildren, with her 14th arriving soon. In addition, her brother Jerry Hall and multitudes of nieces and nephews who loved Aunt Linda dearly.

She is preceded in death by her parents and older siblings Nathan Hall, Evelyn Hansen, Billy Joe Hall, Juanita Mayes, James Hall.

Pallbearers include her 6 grandsons: Clay Priest, Justin Pierce, Chad Pierce, Chase Pierce, Aaron Pierce and Cody Pierce.

Linda will be laid to rest at 3:00pm at Heath Cemetery, Heath Texas.
