Jennifer, commonly known amongst friends and family as “Jen” or “Jenny” was born to John (“Bud”) McFarling and Trina Lynn McFarling. Though born 6 weeks early, Jenny was always a fighter. She always found a way or work around any medical conditions that tried to interfere with her love for life.
In January of 2017, Jenny would go on a date with whom she thought “was just another Tinder guy” who wooed her on that first date by sending her tulips to her place of work. That “tinder guy”, Paolo Sparacino would go on to be her knight in shining armor, after a whirlwind romance Paolo and Jenny were engaged in December 2017. They married on January 4, 2019, in a small private ceremony followed by the “big white wedding” every little girl dreams of, a few months later on March 15, 2019.
Jenny enjoyed her dogs Fitz, Reggie, Serena and Jaxx, and the outdoors, especially the mountains and woods but most important to her were her family and friends. Side by side, Jenny and Paolo packed a lot of adventure into a short amount of time, she loved exploring new places, vacations and restaurants. Jenny was known for her kindness, empathy and love for others and her sense of humor. Jenny always made everyone feel loved, included, and important.
In early 2024 a miracle happened, Jenny would be given the opportunity to realize one of her dreams, becoming a mom. Little Joseph Pierson (JP) was born in October 2024 to overjoyed parents. Her son JP was the light of her world and Jenny seamlessly flowed into motherhood despite her chronic health conditions with grace, a smile that would light up a room and love that knew no bounds.
Jenny will be greatly missed by her devoted husband, Paolo Sparacino, and her son JP; parents, Bud and Trina McFarling; sister Joanna McFarling Lamb and her husband Nick Lamb; mother-in-law, Kathy Sparacino; sister-in-law Denise Vandermale; nieces Andriana Denbesten, Mariah Denbesten and Leyna Denbesten; aunts and uncles Jeff and Vicki Grantham, John and Martha Preston, Kim and Bob West and Leslie and Steve Billey; cousins, Andi and Ben Maxwell, Chris and Nicole West, Kelly and Matt Travis, Megan and Stephen De Castro. Along with numerous friends she made near and far.
