Jeff Simmons

Jeffrey (Jeff) James Simmons was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on October 12, 1960 to parents Lester and Josephine (Wehl) Simmons.  He lived in Metairie, Louisiana until moving to the Dallas area.  He graduated from East Jefferson High School and Southeastern Louisiana University.

Jeff is survived by his children Megan and Grant Simmons, mother of his children Melanie Simmons, siblings Leslie Miller, Nancy Saucier (David), William Simmons (Lenae), nieces and nephews Jason Saucier, Jessica Graetz, David Simmons, Nathaniel Simmons, Laura Simmons and many loving cousins and friends.  He is preceded in death by his parents and sister Holly J Simmons.

A celebration of Jeff’s life will be held Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 2:30 P.M. at Custer Road United Methodist Church, 6601 Custer Road, Plano, Texas 75023 with Rev. Tim Morrison officiating.
