Jeannine Smith Paschall was born in Jacksonville, Texas on November 4, 1929, and went peacefully to her heavenly home August 17, 2022.
Jeannine grew up in Reese, Texas and enjoyed everything about country living and the wonderful people that were in that community. Graduated from Jacksonville High School where she was in the band and played the drums and went on to have two daughters, Leslie and Elizabeth (Betsy). Besides being the best mom ever, she worked with an auctioneer doing his books, worked in the cemetery business, while ending her career working for Rader Funeral Home. She married the perfect man for her and moved to Dallas where she worked at Pleasant Grove Christian Church just because she loved it. She and Charles had so much fun traveling to at least 38 states together and exploring the U.S and Canada. She was a member of Custer Road Methodist at her passing.
It is said that Jeannine was always the first one to step up and help and always ended up the president of every organization she joined. This is due to her passion and dedication to whatever organization she supported or was a member of. If she was your family or friend, you were lucky. She was able to love with all of her heart with no hesitation.
Jeannine is survived by her daughter Leslie Stone (Chris Manchester), cousin Charles Owen Etheridge (Diane), grandson Scott Kelley (Kellie Hale), great grandson Davyn Kelley, nephew Reggie Etheridge (Kim), Randy Etheridge (Debbie), Johnny Ray Stone (Faye) and niece Brenda Purtell (Bob). Later in life she was blessed with additional daughters Becky Newton (Eddie) and Nancy Probst (Randy). Grand children Tres Newton, Brian Newton, Scott Adams, Christopher Manchester, Jr. and granddaughter Jamie Brandenburg. There are many great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Goodwyn Ross Smith and Ruth Mae Cone Smith, daughter Elizabeth Kelley, Eugenia Paschall, her beloved cousin Ruby Nell and the love of her life Charles Ray Paschall. Going home before her are her 2 brothers and 3 sisters George, Harold, Doris, Arthurine and Jamie.
