Jan Holland

Janis "Jan" Holland was born November 20, 1960, in Dallas, Texas to parents Duffy and Virginia (Simpson) Holland. 

Jan married the love of her life Enrique Mejia in 2006, and they have spent 25 years together. 

She worked as a foreign freight inspector for Bivac North America. There were many things she enjoyed such as traveling and learning about new places.  But the joy of her world was devoting much of her time to her animals and to dog rescue.   

She was a very kind spirited woman with a gentle soul who will be missed by all who loved and knew her.  

Jan is survived by her loving husband Enriques Mejia; her fur babies Droopy, Tara, Lula and Pitufina; cousins Bobby Simpson, Margie Jean Tucker, Betty Lou Gondarilla and Dick Tucker; nieces and nephews Cathie Campbell, David Nicholas, James Nicholas, Cheryl Haun and Andrew Nicholas. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Linda.
