Jacob David Ryan

Jacob David Ryan was born a twin on November 23, 1993 in Dallas, Texas.  He passed very unexpectedly on November 8, 2021.

Jacob could light up a room with his humor and presence.  He was also very protective of his loved ones and anyone who could or would not defend themselves; whether he knew you or not.

He developed a love for skateboarding early in his life and enjoyed the friends that shared his sense of adventure; skating through all parts of the city.

The service industry became his passion and his mixology expertise placed him as a bartender in some of the best restaurants and venues in town. Jacob had the ability to connect with people across the bar and in most any atmosphere.  He could be known as quite the entertainer.  He overcame so many obstacles and was very brave and independent.  Jacob’s life was taken at the happiest and most content part of his life.  His presence in our hearts will live on forever.

Jacob is survived by his parents Barbara and Jamie Walker; twin sister Abigail Ryan; best friend and companion Sara Salazar; aunts and uncles Kathleen Forrest, Michael Ryan, Patty Jensen and her husband Eric, Mark Ryan and his wife Rayme, Susan Hays, Tina Steffes and her husband Joe; cousins Angela, Erika, Zachary, Andrew, Little Joe and Blake; step sisters Amanda Duncan and her husband Justin, Amber Johnson and her husband Josh and Meagen Walker.  He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents David and Maryalyce Ryan and aunt Terri Preston.
