Gary Duaine Pollock

Jul 26, 1953 — May 24, 2026

Frisco, Texas

Gary Duaine Pollock, 72, of Frisco, Texas passed away peacefully on May 24, 2026, holding the hand of his wife Debbie, of 53 years. Gary was born on July 26, 1953, in Big Spring, Texas to Joyce and Guy Pollock.

Gary grew up in Odessa, Texas and graduated Permian High School in 1972. He spent his entire career in the oilfield in some capacity and earned his way into top leadership position at Mid-Western Pipeline. Gary was married to his high school sweetheart, Debbie Bird Pollock for 53 years. They shared a beautiful life full of adventures with an amazing retirement at Possum Kingdom Lake.

Through the years Gary enjoyed playing golf with his buddies, watching football games, but mostly loved being at the lake with his family and friends. He always wanted to be on or around the water and always wanted to share those times with those he loved. Gary will always be remembered as the friend who had a cold drink and a chair for anyone around. He was soft spoken, kindhearted, and loved jokes. He was a great dad, brother, uncle, grandpa, and friend. Above all, Gary loved his family; being a husband, a dad, and a grandpa. He attended every event he could for his grandkids; they are his greatest legacy.

Gary Pollock is survived by his wife Debbie Pollock; daughter Denise Kerr and husband Daniel, son Brandon Pollock, niece Leigha McConnell and husband John; grandkids Kylee Kerr, Kasen Kerr, Rylan Lux, Colby Carpenter; sister and brother-in-law Charlotte and Larry Esparza, brother Ronnie Pollock; nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and many loving friends.

There will be a come and go Celebration of Life for family and friends to share stories, laughs, and condolences on Saturday, June 13, 2026 from 11:00am-1:00pm at Lone Star Ranch Clubhouse 5150 Beacon Hill Rd, Frisco, TX 75034.
