Eric Milton Tomas, 40, passed away on March 25, 2026, in Plano, Texas. He was bHhorn December 26, 1985, and spent his early childhood in Lima, Peru before moving to Dallas, where he grew up and later built his life.
Eric was an entrepreneur at heart—creative, driven, and always pursuing new ideas. He was a natural communicator who connected easily with people, offering honest advice and encouragement to those around him. Whether through his work or everyday conversations, Eric had a way of making people feel seen, valued, and inspired.
He was full of life—known for his infectious laughter, vibrant energy, and the way he could light up any room. Eric loved movies, collecting unique items, and diving into new ideas. He was endlessly curious, always researching, questioning, and seeking to understand the world for himself. He embraced life as a risk-taker and a thinker, never afraid to explore something new.
Eric also had a deep love for animals, which reflected his caring and compassionate nature.
Though he worked hard and gave much of himself to his ambitions, what he valued most was time with the people he loved. He cherished moments with family and friends, and those closest to him will remember his generosity, humor, and the joy he brought into their lives.
Eric deeply loved his family—his mother, grandmother, brother, cousins—and his partner of 12 years, Pam. Their relationship was one of deep connection and devotion. They shared a bond that was strong, resilient, and full of love. Eric’s presence brought comfort and strength, and his hugs were known to bring peace like nothing else.
He will be remembered most for his laughter, his dancing, his drive to grow, and his ability to connect with anyone he met. Eric had a unique way of making others feel important and “cool,” and his giving spirit left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
Eric’s life was marked by love, determination, and a desire to live fully and authentically.
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” – Psalm 34:18
Though our hearts are heavy, we trust that God is near in our grief and that Eric’s life and love will continue to live on in all who knew him.
There will be a celebration of Eric's life at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Allen Family Funeral Options.
