Eddie Bryant

Eddie Bryant, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on September 9,2024. He was born on September 16, 1953.

Eddie graduated from Alma High School in 1971. His talent on the football field earned him a scholarship to Oklahoma State University, where he proudly played wide receiver.

Eddie was married to Judith Bryant for 48 wonderful years, and together they created a loving family.

For 30 years, Eddie owned and operated successful grocery stores across Texas, Arizona, and Florida, where he built a reputation for his dedication and commitment to his customers and community and employees.

Known for his infectious energy, Eddie was the life of the party and had an extraordinary ability to brighten any room he entered. He brought laughter and joy to countless gatherings with his jokes and heartfelt presence. A passionate golfer and fisherman, Eddie enjoyed every moment spent on the green and the lake.

Most of all, he cherished time spent with his family and creating lasting memories.

Eddie is survived by his wife, Judith Bryant; his two daughters, Jordan Bryant and Jillian Dewey and her husband Michael; four cherished grandchildren, Brodie, Brynn, Zoe, and Vivian. He was preceded in death by his mother, Jeanette Bryant; his father, Steve Bryant; and his brother, Steve Bryant Jr. and sister-in-law Sharon Bryant.

There will be a private memorial service for immediate family as they cope with this profound loss. Friends and family are encouraged to remember Eddie in their own special ways and to hold him in their hearts.
