Dennis Lewis Baldwin

Dennis Lewis Baldwin, 64, of Savannah, Texas passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 8th, surrounded by family and friends.

Born May 26, 1954, in Phoenix, Arizona, to Robert & Edna (Lewis) Baldwin, he was the youngest of five children. He, his brothers and sister grew up in Elkhart, Indiana, where he graduated from Concord High School in 1972. While in school, Dennis played basketball & football, excelled on stage and was known for his keen sense of humor.

Dennis traveled to Texas for college earning his degree in Computer Science from East Texas State University in Commerce. He soon landed a job at Frito- Lay in Dallas making Texas his home. This began his lifelong career in the IT Industry making friends at every stop. For the last 8 years, Dennis has worked at Experis a division of the Manpower Group directing their Agile Services. DennisBAgile wasn't just a twitter handle to him, he really enjoyed his work.

Dennis was an enthusiastic Christian. He wanted everyone to know he loved the Lord. He and his wife Teresa were members of the Prestonwood Baptist Church- North Campus. Dennis was avid sports enthusiast and loved his Notre Dame Fighting Irish. He loved to play golf and spend time exploring restaurants with his DDD Tribe.

Dennis is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Teresa McKinney Baldwin. Son, Scott Baldwin of Malvern, OH, daughters, Kelly Baldwin of Euless, TX, Julie Lynch of Denton, TX, Kathleen Baldwin of Frisco, TX and son Robert Baldwin of Savannah, TX. Grandchildren: Lexie N Baldwin, Trystin L Camelin, Abigail J Cochran, Isabelle D Cochran, Wyatt L Baldwin, Ethan JM Baldwin, Watson M Boyd, Kennedy P Baldwin, Waylon M Boyd, Evangeline C Davis. He is also survived by his sister, Diane Mae Wilson, and brothers David William Baldwin, Daniel Robert Baldwin and Douglas Roy Baldwin.

There will be a Visitation from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Allen Family Funeral Options.

The Funeral Service will be at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, December 14, 2018 at Prestonwood Baptist Church - North Campus, 1001 W. Prosper Trail, Prosper, Texas 75078.
