Claudia Rosa “Bomba” Ramos-Crenshaw Ramos was born May 22, 1974, in New Orleans, Louisiana to parents Ricardo Ramos and Silvia Iglesias. She passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021, in Dallas, Texas at the age of forty-seven after suffering complications from another stroke.
She enjoyed crocheting, drawing, “running people over with her wheelchair” and especially enjoyed doing makeup and hair. She always tried to make people laugh even in the middle of an argument, which was annoying at times.
Claudia enjoyed the company of her friends and family and her many pets over the years. She was an acting midwife and if someone close to her was in the hospital she would try to stay with them as long as she could; even staying overnight if she could.
She was a loving mom, wife, daughter, sister, and grandmother. Claudia had a fiery personality and an equally chaotic sense of humor, and she was a hairstylist for 16 years.
Claudia is survived by her husband Jaime Crenshaw; children Anastasia Duran and Robert Duran; grandchildren Dahlia Duran, Maya Snyder, and William Snyder; father Ricardo Ramos and mother Silvia Iglesias; siblings, Roxana Umana and Ramon Ramos. She was preceded in death by her grandmother Rosa Elena Cuellar; aunt Lydia Cuellar; loving friend Gerardo Goodwin and uncle Juan Antonio Pacas.
