Chelsea Wray Jarvis

January 9, 1998 — February 4, 2022

Beloved daughter, grand-daughter, mother, niece, and friend Chelsea Jarvis, 24, of Allen, Texas died unexpectedly on February 4, 2022. We are deeply saddened by her loss.

Chelsea was born on January 9, 1998, to Lisa R. Ryan and Christopher W. Jarvis in Plano, Texas. Chelsea attended St. Paul, Plano and Allen schools. She started her years as a dancer and soccer player, eventually switching to Tae Kwon Doe and lacrosse. She was a second degree blackbelt and played for the Allen Lady Eagles. In 4 th Grade, Chelsea started as an altar server at the St. Jude Catholic Church eventually moving through all positions to number one. She loved all animals and never met a stray she did not want to bring home.

Anyone who knew Chelsea, knows that she had a giant heart full of love and compassion. She had an innocent heart and a wisdom. She was fiercely protective of those she loved and a champion for the underdog. She was a comic at times and loved to be silly. Anyone who knew her has a funny story to tell.

She had a great love for her children, Paisley Grace, who was born on December 10, 2015, and Carter Monroe, who was born February 4, 2018.

Chelsea leaves behind her children Paisley Grace and Carter Monroe; her mother Lisa Ryan and stepfather James Parnow; father Christopher Jarvis; beloved brother Collin Jarvis; maternal grandparents Peter and Ada Gagnon, aunts and uncles Wes and Kim Jarvis, Debbie Jarvis, Cousins Chase Jarvis, Chandler Jarvis and Colton Jarvis and special friends turned family, The Gotways, multiple great aunts, great uncles and second cousins. She was preceded in death by her Uncle Wayne Jarvis.

The family will receive friends for a visitation from 6-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 9, 2022 with a rosary at 6:15 p.m. led by Deacon Ken Steponaitis at Allen Family Funeral Options.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 10, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. at St. Jude Catholic Church, 1515 North Greenville Avenue, Allen, Texas 75002.
