Beulah Mae Burns

Beulah, a beloved mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on February 5, 2025, at the age of 70. Beulah was born in Monroe, Louisiana to Lola and Curtis Burns.

Beulah graduated from Carroll High School and attended Northeast Louisiana University. After graduating she held a multitude of jobs to help support her daughters.  She relocated to McKinney, Texas in 2010, where she worked as a sales associate at Walmart for many years. She loved cruising, playing bingo, and spades, and spending time with her family.

Beulah is preceded in death by her parents Lola and Curtis and her brother Benard Burns. She is survived by her three daughters: Tina Burns, Andura Burns-Conteh (Bakary) and April Burns-Welch (Brandon), her four grandchildren Arian McFee (Chris), Gregory Bosworth II (Rebecca), Jai’Lan Burns, and Jamia Burns along with two great-grandchildren Wesley and Kinsley McFee.

Visitation will be held from 9:00-10:00 a.m., February 13, 2025, with service to follow at 10:00 a.m at Allen Family Funeral Options.
