With praise and thanksgiving, we welcomed Ashton Tyrone Agnew Jr. “King AJ” into this world on June 27, 2019 at 9:25 am, weighing 7lb 1 oz. He brought immeasurable joy to his family. His big sister, Autumn affectionately hugged, kissed, and snuggled her “bubba”. King AJ wiggled and cooed as his sister and cousin Genesis danced around him. He grinned and giggled at pure sight of his mother. He loved being held and sung to by all family and friends. King AJ enjoyed playing with his toys, tummy time and standing in the support of his family’s arms. He charmed us with his facial expressions and delighted us with his smiles.
King AJ was a blessing to all who knew him. We are beyond grateful for his love and memories we shared with him. Surviving him are his parents, Alexis Stine and Ashton Agnew; sister, Autumn Agnew; aunt, Brittney Hardemon; uncle, Alberto Gonzales; Gigi Chrissy Stine; Grandma, Thomasina Dodd; GG; Aunt A; uncles, JJ, VonVon and Vern; godmother Shana; cousin Melanie. King AJ was loved by his, dad, mom and many other family and friends. We are so proud of the life he lived and his organ donation, saving three lives. We so look forward to spending eternity with him and with our Lord in heaven.
King AJ was a happy baby, who took pleasure in making those around him smile, and though it is natural to shed tears as we will miss our beloved King AJ, make a point to also smile when you think of King AJ, knowing that he too is smiling as he rests happily in the arms of Jesus.
We would like to thank the numerous individuals that have offered prayer, support, and encouragement to our family during this time. We love you and ask that you please keep us in your prayers.
There will be a celebration of King AJ’s life, Monday, November 18, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at Allen Family Funeral Options. King AJ will be laid to rest following the celebration of his life at Williams Cemetery, Garland, Texas.
