Amanda Jewell Hunt

Amanda Jewell Hunt passed away the morning of Monday July 3rd, 2023, in her home, lying next to her devoted husband. She passed away after a courageous 4-year battle with cancer.

Amanda was a loving wife, mother, sister, and daughter. She was surrounded and supported by the people she loved during the last days of her life. She will forever be remembered as a great mother and incredible wife.

Amanda lived for her children and family. She had a smile and energy that lit up the room. Amanda enjoyed her career in the medical field and loved caring for her patients. She was a happy, positive and strong woman. She was full of energy and always on the go. She was a smart, funny, determined person who spoke her mind. Amanda enjoyed music, dancing, concerts, trying new restaurants, laughing with her husband, and spending time with her children. She will be forever missed by all and will remain in our hearts.

The world will be a little duller without her bright smile and giving heart…

Amanda is survived by her husband Johnathan Hunt; children Jayson and Lauren Sanchez, Olivia and Jordan Hunt; parents Maria & Mike Raney; brothers Rickey and Joseph Cortijo and Bryan Howell and many loving nieces and nephews.
