Dorothy "Dolly" Terrell

Dorothy "Dolly" Terrell was born in Woburn, Massachusetts on April 7, 1933 to parents John and Alzira Malveira. She will remain loved by all who knew her as she had a deep seeded love for her family and friends. Dolly was especially skilled at scrapbooking and decorating. She loved cooking and was especially fond of creating wonderful desserts. Dolly enjoyed going on trips to various places and would appreciate the journey even more if it afforded her the opportunity to shop for shoes along the way. She was an avid fan and enjoyed cheering her Dallas Cowboys to victory. Dolly was released from her earthly body on the evening of December 29, 2010 with her constant companion and husband Tom by her side. Also surviving Dolly are her children Linda Terrell, Deborah Johnson and her husband Ed, Larry Terrell and his wife Donna, grandchildren E. Paul Johnson, Susan Johnson Lingg, Tiffany Terrell Thomas, Stephen Terrell, Kristen Terrell, Ryan Terrell, great grandchildren Deborah Lynn Johnson, Lucas Lingg, Kynlee Terrell, Layton Thomas and sisters Stella Hughes and Francis Malveira.

Dolly's family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 2, 2011 at Allen Family Funeral Options. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 3, 2011 at 12:00 noon in the chapel at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2700 W. Spring Creek Pkwy., Plano, Texas 75023 with Deacon Bill Flynn officiating. Burial will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Dallas Ft. Worth National Cemetery in Dallas.
