Lisa was born October 6, 1962, in Hobbs, New Mexico to Ronald and Shirley Eidson. She passed away on Friday, October 29, 2010 in her home surrounded by her family.
Lisa graduated from Hobbs High School in 1980. She then graduated from Texas Tech University in 1984 as a Gamma Phi Beta, with a degree in Business. After college, Lisa moved to Dallas and was employed in the banking industry. In 1987 she met her husband, Gary, and they wed at Park Cities Baptist Church, of Dallas, Texas on February, 27, 1988.
Giving back to the community and church were Lisa's desires. She was a passionate mother, interior designer and always active in her children's schools. She enjoyed volunteering at the National Charity League with her daughter, Kelsey. Lisa had a gift for making things beautiful. Above all Lisa loved her Heavenly Father, and lived her life for Him. During her entire season of breast cancer, she never once took her focus off the Almighty. Lisa will always be known for her courageous journey, in which her entire walk demonstrated her devotion and faith to God.
