Lloyd Douglas Fahlmann

Lloyd was born at Kaiser Hospital in Vallejo, CA. to Douglas and Barbara Fahlmann, he was a High School Graduate of Dublin High School in 1974 and went to Chabot Jr. College in Hayward, CA. After traveling throughout the states of Arizona and Texas for different training classes which included flight school Lloyd became a Paramedic in the East Bay Area.

He married his first wife in 1979 and moved to the Sacramento Valley, had his first child, a son named Michael in Sept 1980. He settled in Oklahoma where he remarried and had 3 daughters Elizabeth born May 1987 and Vanessa & Kristina born September 1988.

Lloyd went back to school in Edmond, Oklahoma to get his Masters degree Business/Accounting. This is when he met the love of his life Yuxin Zou a wonderful young lady from Mainland, China. She stole his heart and they were married on Lloyd's birthday May 5th in Tulsa, OK. (Yuxin missed getting off the plane in Oklahoma City, a little joke!)

His sister Lauri remembers all the fun times, the fights and the yearly trips to Southern California with their parents during spring break, and the family reunion memorial cruise for their mother in September of 2009. Now, as the tears fall, the happy times are close and thoughts of her brother being warm hearted and knowing that he is not suffering and is watching over and standing beside our parents Douglas and Barbara.

The family will receive friends from 9:30-10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 17, 2010 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at 2700 Roundrock Trail, Plano, Texas 75075. Funeral services will begin at 10:00 a.m. Lloyd will be laid to rest at Pecan Grove Cemetery, McKinney, Texas.
