Viola Mccranie Brinson

Viola Grace Davis Allen Brinson was born January 24, 1926 in Fitzgerald, Georgia to parents William Claude and Viola Grace (Davis) Allen and she passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2017 in Plano, Texas. She was retired from Southwestern State Hospital as an LPN after 20 years of service. Mrs. Brinson was a member of the Nazarene faith and attended the Thomasville First Church of The Nazarene. Viola is survived by her children Willie Joe McCranie of Little Elm, Texas, Randall E. McCranie of Carrollton, Texas, Lavenia M. Swilley
of Plano, Texas, grandchildren Keene McCranie and her husband Donnie of Wylie, Texas, and Kim
Gann and her husband Mark of Sachse, Texas, Scott Swilley and his wife Kathy of Frisco Texas and Monica Drew of Plano, Texas, great grandchildren Kyler, Jakob, Raina and Dylan, sister Frances Allen of Thomasville, Georgia, sisters-in-laws, Kathleen Allen of Bradenton, Florida, Reba Allen of Moultrie, Georgia and Charlotte Allen of Monroe, Georgia and many loving nieces and nephews. Mrs. Brinson was married to Willie Edward McCranie and Lester B.
Brinson who both preceded her in death; she was also preceded in death by brothers W.C. Allen,
Albert W. Allen, David R. Allen and sister Rowema Potter. The family will receive friends at Allen and Allen Funeral Home, Friday, April 14, 2017 from 5 to 7:00 P.M. in Thomasville Georgia. Graveside services for Viola Claudene McCranie Brinson will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Westview Cemetery in Moultrie, Georgia with Rev. Rick Mann officiating.
