Wayne Byron Divers

Wayne Byron Divers was born in Kansas City, Missouri on January 14, 1930 to Cyrintha Skelton Divers and Harry Divers. He went to be with the Lord on December 29, 2016. He served his Country proudly in the Airborne Division of the United States Army. In 1957, he met and married the loved of his life, Nelda Faye Arnold. They purchased homes and made friends in Plano, Allen and Anna, Texas. He was employed at Texas Instruments as an Electronics Technician and retired after 29 years. His two boys, Mark Wayne and Brian Keith were his pride and joy and later his grandchildren and great grandchildren were likewise loved very much. Wayne is preceded in death by his parents and son Mark Wayne Divers. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Nelda Faye Divers, son Brian Keith and wife Christina Divers, their children Tyler James and Samantha Jean, daughter-in-law Tricia Divers and her children Kailey Michelle and Kyle Wayne and his wife Amy Divers and their children Braxton Wayne and Rigby Huckabee Divers. There will be a visitation from 6:00 - 8:00pm on Friday, January 6, 2017, at Allen Family Funeral Options. A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, January 7, 2017, at Van Alstyne Cemetery 300 S. Sherman Street in Van Alstyne, Texas.
