Daniel Kish

Daniel Kish was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on May 4, 1921 to parents Albert and Mary Kish. He passed away on November 13, 2016 at the age of 95. Dan was a veteran of WWII, serving in the Navy on the Battleship SS New York. He married Margaret Molnar on April 18, 1944. They made their home and raised their 3 children in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey until moving to Plano, Texas in 1973. Dan is survived by his three children, Rod Kish of Plano, Texas, Daniel A Kish of Wagoner, Oklahoma and Cindy Meyer of Parker, Texas, four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren , and one great-great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife Margaret after 51 years of marriage and his grandson Ian Kish. There will be a funeral service to celebrate his life on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Allen Family Funeral Options. Dan will be laid to rest with Margaret at DFW National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. following the service.
