Richard, our father's story, is a very long and interesting one. It would take a lot more than this space to honor him.
Dad was a dreamer. Nothing was impossible. He was always thinking of what he could invent that would take the world by a storm. No one, no words, and no circumstances would make him give up his dreams.
Dad was a hardworking, self-employed Entrepreneur his whole life. He worked his butt off to give us a good life. Had a million ideas, many different businesses, and always treated his employees with respect and kindness.
He was a good, kind person. No matter how many times people he trusted and helped may have disappointed him, he would not stop being a good person and believing the best in people. He loved unconditionally. He was ALWAYS there for us. He was so positive and optimistic, always looking at the bright side, always putting his loved ones needs ahead of his own. He was the best Dad and husband ever!
He put up a good fight to the end, until his body just couldn't go anymore. He passed away at home on Sunday 8/14/2016 after 84 years of life, accompanied by his loving wife, Lou Edwards.
Dad was loved deeply by us, his family and anyone who got to know him.
