Jalen Larenz Moore

Jalen Larenz Moore was granted his
angel wings on Friday, November 6, 2015.
He was born on August 16, 2003 in
Dallas, TX to his parents Jeffrey L. Moore
and Angela L. Ferguson. He was preceded
in death by his maternal grandmother,
Yvonne Ferguson and paternal
grandmother, Shirley Moore.
Jalen accepted Christ early in his life.
He was a fun-loving and adventurous
child, who enjoyed going to school and
playing sports. His favorite hobbies
included video games and spending
time with his family.
His favorite school subject was Science.
Jalen also enjoyed singing with the
school choir. He played football, basketball,
soccer, and had a new passion for golf.
One of Jalen's favorite sports moments
was during a football game in which he
made an interception and returned it for
a touchdown. Because of this exciting
play, his friends and family began
calling him "Pick 6". He was very proud
of his accomplishments in school and
while playing sports. Jalen enjoyed
traveling with his family.
His favorite trips were to Universal
Studios and Sea World.
Jalen is survived by his parents,
Jeffrey L. Moore and Angela L. Ferguson;
grand-fathers Willie Moore and Ernest
Ferguson; 3 brothers Dahron Moore,
Tre' Jones and DeRon Moore; 1 sister
Jasmine Moore and a host of family
members and close friends.
The family will receive friends at a visitation from 7:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday, November 13, 2015 at Allen Family Funeral Options. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, 920 14th St., Plano, Texas 75074. Jalen will be laid to rest following the funeral service at Plano Municipal Cemetery.
