Kristy Rene Gabriel

Kristy Rene Gabriel was born July 1, 1978 in Gainesville, Texas to parents Harvey and Anna Katherine Hancock. She passed away July 24, 2015 in McKinney, Texas. The pride and joy of her life was her son Ryan and she referred to him as "Always My Heart". As an adult it was her desire to become a Respiratory Therapist and she did! She loved her career and cherished the time she had with the babies and families in the NICU. Kristy kept a photo album of the many families whose lives she had touched, through her passion and dedication. Kristy is survived by son Ryan Lee Gabriel, mother Katherine Gill, siblings Jeanette Brand and her husband Michael, Kathy Tomlinson, Harvey Hancock, Jr., Mike Hancock and Mark Hancock, niece and nephew Brittany and John Michael Brand, maternal grandparents Don and Betty Jacobs and fiancé Jeff Stadler. She is preceded in death by her father Harvey Hancock, Sr. A visitation time will be Wednesday, July 29, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Allen Family Funeral Options, Plano, Texas. There will be a celebration of Kristy's life Thursday, July 30, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Hunters Glen Baptist Church, 4001 Custer Road, Plano, Texas 75023, officiated by Pastor Robert Matthews.
