Evelyn Rose Archer

Evelyn Rose Archer, loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother, passed on March 11, 2015 at the age of 95 in her home in Allen, Texas. She was born to the late Nicholas Gross and Marie Pfeifer in New York and was the youngest of their five children. Evelyn lived most of her adult life in New York and New Jersey with her late husband, William Archer and children. She moved to Texas in the mid 1990's to be closer to two of her children and their families.
Evelyn loved to work on puzzles at home. She was very committed to her faith and spiritual beliefs.
Evelyn is survived by her children - George Talbot, Beverly Krupa and Patricia Sample. She is also survived by twelve grandchild and many more great grandchildren.
Evelyn will be greatly missed by family and friends as she was a gentle soul with a pure light of love in her that shown through to anyone who met her. We know she is watching over us from above with that bright light in her blue eyes and wonderful laugh.
Services for Evelyn are on Monday, March 23, 2015 at 1:30 PM, St. Jude Catholic Church in Allen, Texas.
