Marnita Louise Holt

Marnita "Nita" Louise Holt, 51, of Melissa, TX., passed away peacefully in her sleep on Oct. 12, 2014 of natural causes. Nita was born on Feb. 22, 1963 in New Orleans, LA. The Lord has taken her to heaven to be with her mom, Anita Montaldo. She was also preceded in death by her nephew Bryan Thames, her first husband Michael Holt and her brother-in-law John Holt. She is survived by her husband Ygnacio "Nacho" Melendez, her daughters Miranda, Melissa, and Monica Holt, her grandchildren Madison Holt-Iselt, and Zachary and Mackenzie Tolbert, her sons-in-law Brian Iselt and Arval Tolbert, her sisters Gina Miller and Marjorie Montaldo, her brother Frederick Montaldo Jr., her brother-in-law Charles Bagley, her nephew LaDareus Bagley, her niece LaCentheah Bagley, her father Frederick Montaldo, her step mother Sherry Montaldo, her in-laws the Melendez family and the Holt family, and numerous extended family and friends who all loved her deeply. Nita lived everyday of her life to make her family happy and she loved them dearly. She was always celebrating something and loved to be the life and the hostess of the party. She will always be loved and never be forgotten. We will miss you so much Nita. We love you!
