Terry A Morrissey

Terry A. Morrissey was born in Evanston, IL. on May 7, 1948. She was one of 3 children to Mabel and Otto Eilering. Surrounded by her family, Terry "G" Morrissey joined the Lord in Heaven on August 28, 2014 after a courageous year long battle with cancer. Terry is survived by her two siblings Martie and Pam Eilering, and Mary Ellen Rohner, two children Jennifer Andrews and husband Ben Andrews, and Michael Morrissey and wife Lisa Morrissey, and four grandchildren Addysen, Alexandra, Ryker, and Kaylee.

Terry was raised in Palatine, IL. where she graduated high school in 1966. She also attended college at Wisconsin State University. Terry spent the last 15 years of her life working and planning for her retirement at Nielsen. She was an assistant that loved helping others. She dedicated her life to her children, always putting their needs in front of her own, while also doting over her four grandchildren who loved her dearly. She was a loving and giving person and those who knew her were blessed to have been part of her life. We will miss her dearly, think of her constantly, and remember all of the life lessons she taught us. We wish to extend our heartfelt appreciation to family and friends that have comforted her and prayed for her. Your love and support carried her through the toughest times. Terry's memory will be honored on Tuesday September 2, 2014 with a private family memorial. In lieu of flowers, Terry and her family request that contributions in her memory be made to the American Cancer society at www.cancer.org
