Raymond Marino

Raymond Anthony Marino was born on June 2, 1952 in Bay Shore, New York to the late Anthony and Grace Marino. He had one sister, Ann, and many beloved cousins. He passed away July 17, 2014 in Allen, Texas.
Ray was a dedicated employee of Nortel Networks for 35 years, and later worked as a contractor for Ericsson. Ray loved spending time on the water and boating with his family. He was a talented woodworker and loved the New York Yankees.
Ray was a loving, giving, caring Christian man and a devoted father, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend. Ray truly loved his family and friends. He loved his country. He will be remembered and missed.
Ray is survived by his daughter Kristin Williams and her husband Brad, his son Brian Marino and his girlfriend Kim Jackson, and his daughter Kerry Stiles and her husband Dalles. He is also survived by his four beloved grandchildren, Lilia Houser, Owen and Lyle Williams, and Scotland Stiles.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1324 W. Exchange Parkway Allen, Texas 75013. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Ray's honor to the American Diabetes Association (www.diabetes.org) or the Alzheimer's Association (www.alz.org).
