Richard Howard Astrahan

Richard Astrahan was born May 8, 1929 in Chicago, Illinois to the proud parents Jacob & Lillian Astrahan and passed away May 19, 2013 at the age of 84. Richard worked in sales most of his life and was most recently employed as a Senior Vice President of Sales at Texakoma Financial in Plano, Texas.

Richard loved to travel around the world, but his favorite spot was the Bahamas. Coming from Chicago, Richard was an avid hockey fan and loved attending games when he could. Richard was a caring friend and colleague to all that knew him.

He is survived by a daughter, two grandsons, a brother and numerous friends and co-workers.

A celebration of Richard's life will be held at Allen Family Funeral Options, 2120 W. Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX 75023, on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at 3:30pm for those who would like to pay their last respects to him.
