Beth Anglin

Beth Anglin, age 53 of Prosper, Texas passed calmly from this life on December 17, 2012 after a long and well-fought battle with cancer. She was born September 26, 1959 in Lawrence, Kansas to Thomas J. and June Montgomery. She is preceded in death by her father, Tom. Beth leaves her beloved husband David Anglin, daughters Sarah and Katherine and canine companion and friend her Bentley Buddy. She also leaves her mother June and siblings Mark Montgomery and Carla Matto.

Beth was a devoted wife and loving mother to her husband and family. She gave freely of her time, her resources and her love. She touched many lives and created thousands of sweet memories with her friends and loved ones through her kindness, caring, giving nature, and vivacious personality. Her presence will be missed, a picture of her forever carried in the hearts of those she has touched, her time with all a gift.

Beth's passing is an unfortunate loss, but one of peace and mercy and of God's perfect will. A tough battle with cancer left her tired and broken, but her undaunted fighting spirit was not quenched. A wonderful weekend filled her last days on earth. She witnessed her youngest daughter graduate college, spent many hours with her dear friends, and had the pleasure of enjoying her family home together. While her loved ones did not desire for her departure from them to be so soon, it is with joyous hearts that her new, healthy, and healed heavenly body is celebrated.

A memorial service in remembrance of her life and celebration of eternity will be held on Thursday, December 20, 2012, at 10 a.m. at the Prestonwood North Campus in Prosper, Texas. In lieu of flowers and in honor of her life and giving self, donations may be made to the Prestonwood North Campus Generations Building Fund or to the Grace Bridge food bank in Celina, Texas.
