Who may ascend the mountain of the LORD? Who may stand in his holy place?
The one who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not trust in an idol
or swear by a false god (Psalm 24:3-4). Brian's life was focused on the journey to the mountain of the Lord and showing everyone he met how to journey to the heart of God. He has triumphed! We rejoice with him.
Dr. Brian Newman had been in Christian Ministry since 1985. He had been the Minister to Adults at Park Cities Baptist Church and was the author of ten books. Above all, he was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother, friend, caregiver, and servant-leader.
Brian Newman had a heart of gold that was poured out through the ministry of service he carried out every day. He worked in churches, but his ministry was never confined to the church walls. Everywhere he walked, he followed Christ's example of serving others and his daily hidden acts of service never went unnoticed in heaven.
He was a great man!
