Marilyn Ball

Marilyn Lee Ball (nee Hilgert) of Plano, Texas died with faith in the Resurrection on June 16, 2012. Born August 27, 1954 in St. Louis, MO, she is survived by her loving husband Vaughn Ball; step-son Kristian (Elizabeth) Ball, and children (Toby and Micah); sisters Betty (David) Gunter of Imperial, MO, Paula (Mel) Poe of Allen, TX; dear aunt of Jennifer (Louie) Solnosky, Amy Gunter, Lauren, Jeremy and Travis Poe; great-aunt to Christina and Gavin Solnosky, and dear friend to Sue Schilling. Dear wife, step-mom, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, cousin, godmother and friend. Marilyn greatly enjoyed trips and international travel, volunteer church work and care for her dog, Susie.
The Rosary will be prayed at 7:00 PM on June 21, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2700 West Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, Texas. Immediately following the rosary, the family will receive visitors at the church until 8:30 PM. The Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton at 10:30 AM on June 22, 2012. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
