Eddy S Wolf

November 11, 1943 — July 14, 2011

Eddy S. Wolf was born on November 11, 1943 in La Paz Bolivia to parents Eugene and Rosa Wolf. He was a proud graduate of Texas Christian University in 1965 and remained a loyal horned frog fan for life. He was employed by SABRE Systems, INC and was active in the development and maintenance of the company's software system used by airlines and travel agencies world wide.

In 1968, Eddy married the love of his life Frances Rahhal, and they welcomed their only daughter, Stephanie into their lives in 1973. After retiring from his management position with SABRE Systems, Eddy took on a part-time job with Plano Independent School District as a school bus driver. He found great joy and fulfilment in this role and truly loved his kids on his route. Eddy's love for children was evident as he volunteered his time coaching a girls soccer from team from 3rd grade all the way to high school graduation. He also volunteered as a soccer referee. Eddy will be remembered as a giving man, yet he could be headstrong and determined for things he felt to be important. He loved the Plano Wildcats and Texas Rangers and was a long time season ticket holder for both.

Eddy was called home to be with his Lord and Savior at the age of 67 on July 14, 2011.

He is preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his loving wife Frances Wolf, daughter Stephanie Wolf, cousins Evelyn Petersson and husband Ulf and their children Anna and Fredrik Petersson and his canine companion Molly.
