Paul Edward Reynolds

Paul Reynolds, 91, passed away peacefully at his home. He was born August 18, 1927, in Cape Girardeau, MO, son of Henry John and Mary Catherine Donnelly Reynolds. He was a graduate of Cape Central High School and served in the U.S. Marine Corps. from 1945 to 1946. In 1950 he married Frances Carroll with whom he spent the next 68 years with.

Reynolds was a letter carrier with the U.S. Postal Service for 40 years, a member of Old St. Vincent’s parish and the Knights of Columbus Council 1111 in Cape Girardeau, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents, six brothers and one sister.

Survivors include his wife, Frances Reynolds; three children, Jack Reynolds of Fort Worth, TX, Mary Reynolds McCoy of Houston, TX, and Jane Hetherington of Plano, TX, brother John Reynolds of Winston-Salem, NC, seven grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.

A funeral mass for Paul E. Reynolds will be held at 12:30 pm on Saturday, January 12 ^th , at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Plano, Texas.

The family requests, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Catholic Charities.
